BASIC SERIES
Primary series developed to introduce the principle techniques of Iyengar–based yoga. Basic standing poses and fundamental postures will be taught. Dedicated for beginners or those needing a refresher course.
CONTINUING
Extension of the Basic Series to expand the development of the postures. Further exploration into backbends, inversions and vinyasa (flow) yoga will be included. Some prior experience requested.
PM YOGA
Yoga which focuses on alignment and breathwork to promote flexibility, strength and balance. This class is ideal for revitalizing at the end of the day. All levels.
RESTORATIVE
Geared toward those seeking a gentle approach to yoga. Poses are modified and props are utilized to cultivate the breath, reduce stress and rejuvenate the body.
