Kid's Yoga 2008 Fall Sessions
Beginning August 25th

Learn the yoga poses in a creative & fun environment. Postures for generating flexibility, balance and strength will combine with relaxation and breathing exercises to nourish and calm. Great compliment to all sports. Pre-registration required. Space will be limited.

Ages 4-7 Mondays 4-5pm
Ages 8-11 Wednesdays 4-5pm

GUIDELINES FOR CHILDREN'S PRACTICE

Please wear comfortable clothing sweats/shorts and t-shirts for boys, leotards or sweats/shorts and t-shirts for girls. We will be doing yoga barefoot. Please come with clean feet.

No more than a small snack should be taken at least 2 hours before class.

Parents are welcome to stay. Each class is one hour in length and will end at the stated time.
